Owen is a 'bring the ideas', 'make it happen' kind of guy, a marvelous communicator and listener, follows through, and with that 'package' he brings responsibility and bundles of integrity, keeping his eye always on the objective. Owen has superb leadership, organizational and motivational talents. He doesn't just do things for 'the moment' but for 'the relationship', invests his time accordingly, and knows those are key ingredients of the formula to maximize the outcome.
